If you wanna live somewhere that has no heat / AC during a snow storm leading until summer just for the maintenance people to CONTINUOUSLY come inside unannounced to give you a very well used window AC unit just to wrap the rest of your window up in CARDBOARD. Along with community washer & dryers that flood everytime you do laundry (with monthly texts about stolen laundry) and live with HOT water only for about 4 months, this is the place for you!!
