I’ve had nothing but issues here lately and have lived here over three years. Roaches are really bad here and I keep seeing them lately. I contacted the office almost a month ago and pest control hasn’t come. Im going on my third week without AC. Allegedly a lot of units don’t have working AC either so I had to be put on a wait list. Lived here almost two years, they were good most of that time except the floors that look wooden aren’t really wooden and the walls are really thin with loud neighbors. It got really bad when we moved out. We were told everything was “good to go” but didn’t get it in writing, big mistake. A few months later we got a call from a debt collector saying we owed the parent company, Rand, over $1000 on various closing fees.
