Deliveries difficult sometimes because people park where and not in spots.
I live at Rocky Top Apts now Rocky View Apts. They took over and December and they sent me a non renewal email stating my lease was ending nd I was month to month but was never sent a lease to sign each month. The no renewal gave 2 months to get out. When I asked why I couldn’t renew they told me I paid rent late 8x since December which they know isn’t true. If you wanna live somewhere that has no heat / AC during a snow storm leading until summer just for the maintenance people to CONTINUOUSLY come inside unannounced to give you a very well used window AC unit just to wrap the rest of your window up in CARDBOARD. Along with community washer & dryers that flood everytime you do laundry (with monthly texts about stolen laundry) and live with HOT water only for about 4 months, this is the place for you!!
