I’ve been a resident of this property for many years. The location is unparalleled and offers so much convenience. Suburban square is walking distance. Great space and layout of the apartment made living very comfortable. Management is friendly and responsive.
Maintenance and office staff are very helpful and responsive! Apartments are close to shopping and restaurants- great location!
This review is in reference to my 1 year renting in Hamlet where I stayed in apartment B1. A 1-bedroom apartment. THIS APARTMENT IS IDEAL FOR SOMEBODY WHO LIVES ALONE. Obviously, the location is second to none. Ardmore is an amazing suburb to live in. Easy access to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. My two years living here was just great. Neighborhood is super homey and quiet just like regular suburbs BUT it also comes with the convenience to walk to stores/boutiques/coffee shops in about 10mins. Ardmore station is two blocks away which is a huge plus for me since I go to the city daily. The apartment itself is spacious and clean with in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen is modern too. I have lived in this apartment building the past two years. The neighborhood is very walkable and is in close proximity of the Harrison Richards headquarters, as well as suburban square and nice neighborhoods for walking in. The units are all well maintained and recently renovated. Harrison Richards Inc. has always been extremely responsive to maintenance requests both in my unit and about the building itself.
