You can hear every step your upstairs neighbors take. We also happen to have very inconsiderate upstairs neighbors that like to stomp at 10,11, and 12 o’clock at night. It is disgusting that people would build an apartment complex and not try to sound proof the ceilings better. The maintenance people are quite good though.

While there's been some issues in the past with fire alarm pranks and a few vehicle break-ins, just wanted to thank Wise Properties for working hard this past month to resolve them. Security gates in the parking garage, security cameras, additional door codes, etc. have been added to the complex. Thank you to Cassidy and the staff at Wise Properties for taking measures to do what they can to help with safety and security at The Hamilton. We enjoy our home and the North Shore area!

Cars get broken into on a daily basis, packages stolen from doorsteps, not a safe place to live and Wise Properties totally disregards the resident's safety concerns with rude responses such as "well, it's that time of year!" and "you signed a lease that says we are not liable!" Plus - RODENTS! Mice and rats are in the walls and come into the apartments. Looks nice from the outside, but behind the scenes - yuck! There are better options across the city for how expensive these places are.
