Love this place
A beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms with Art Deco style furnishings. Staff were fab, incredibly attentive and friendly. Location was perfect, just a block from the beach! Couldn't recommend it more.
I stayed there with my husband for 5 days. Loved the pool and the gazebos, the room was clean, comfortable bed. Nice sober decoration. Personnel very polite and attentive. Mini fridge, good blow dryer , lots of clean towels. Close to the beach. Nice art Deco original. Reasonable resort fee, with chairs and umbrella at the beach. I will definitely stay there again.
I really loved this hotel for many reasons. But ultimately the staff was awesome. The people at the outdoor bar went above and beyond. I have stayed in Miami 3 times this year alone. And when it came to room prices and service this met my expectations. I will say my only dislike was room smelled a little musty but once us girls got in there with all our perfume the smell went away. Only other dislike is hotel beach does not provide waiters/waotresses. Love when you can order food and drinks on the beach
I stayed in room 233, the temperature in my room maintained an even 80 degrees my entire stay....even after notifying staff of the problem. The water took at least 5 minutes to warm up, and the switch in my bathroom had an electrical problem. The light wouldn't stay on unless you kept messing with it. Very dangerous! The best thing about the hall is its location.
