I have been going to Hairport since it was first opened on Fraser Street. I was always satisfied with my hair cut! I left because of poor customer service! I had called and made online appointment and even left voicemails without receiving a response! One of the girls called me today but I told her I had another hairstylist! They must be making good money to be able to lose customers! Try showing respect to your customers by responding to their calls!!

Totally dissatisfied. I told that after years of hot styling and straightening every second day, I wanted my hair to finally curl naturally. I wanted some trimming and layering. The lady looked bored a the time she was doing my hair. When she was done trimming, she asked me "what are we doing? Straightening or what?". At the end she put some mousse, scrunched and blowdryed a bit, leaving me looking like a wet chicken with half wet hair
