ASHLEYYYY she deserves 100 stars! Everytime I see her I leave feeling like a princess. I always leave so recharge, she has the most beautiful energy. My hair is always perfect and whatever ideas I give her she is always into it and also is so good at making suggestions too! She will be my stylist until the end of time. I’ve been a loyal client at this salon for the past 3 years, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. When I called to book an appointment, the receptionist immediately accused me of being a no-show for a previous visit—despite the fact that I had called ahead and properly canceled. Her tone was aggressive and confrontational, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking, especially after years of loyalty. I won’t be back.
