If you are planning on making a major change to your hair, do not go here. I learned the hard way that the stylists at this salon are far too busy to actually consult with you. When I showed my stylist a photo to transition my long hair into a shorter style, they just nodded and started cutting. No questions, no discussion about hair texture, and no professional feedback. This salon is a conveyor belt. The staff is so rushed that they don't bother to guide you, ask questions, or offer professional opinions. I showed a photo to go from long hair to a shorter style, and instead of a consultation, the stylist just took a quick glance and started cutting. She is kind, super polite, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations.
