Awful. I had Charlie and she did a terrible job on my hair. I asked for a layered butterfly cut and she didn't even give me any layers. Nothing close to what I asked for.Just rushed me out after this terrible cut. Expensive but not worth the price.
Just got a cut by Charlie and I am obsessed. She is the best and she gave me exactly what I wanted.
