Absolutely shocking service! I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN! I was assured over the phone that I could come in and they’d make time for me. only to be turned away because they were “too busy.” I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. I left feeling frustrated, upset, and frankly, shocked at how little they seemed to care.
Been here a few times my usual hairdresser is off on maternity leave so i tried another hairdresser couldn’t be happier. This company is the complete team the commitment to satisfaction is beyond compare! Could not recommend this establishment highly enough. The owner Maria loves what she does which is obvious and she provides her team the ability to expand their horizons. Well done all!

The best of the best in Batemans Bay, I would not recommend any other place to get your hair done, whether it is a mullet, a perm or a simple wash. Maria and the team at the Hair Collective can and will do it all! On top of that, their customer service is immaculate. I would definitely suggest you come here, in fact even make a trip to Batemans Bay from wherever you are, Cyprus, Mali or Australia. It is worth it! If I could give it more stars I would it is that good! 10/10. Well done!
