Recently I needed a haircut in between my regular colour appointments, and my usual hairdresser was fully booked. Maria, the owner, looked after me and was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly talented. Honestly, it was the best hair cut I’ve had in awhile. More recently, she also gave my one-year-old his very first haircut. I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted here a month or two ago and I’m still so happy with how they turned out! The communication was really good! they made sure they understood exactly what I wanted before starting, which I really appreciated. Everything felt professional and comfortable, and my brows came out exactly how I hoped. Definitely recommend!
DO NOT GO HERE! they did a simple root bleach and managed to make it a completely different colour from the lengths of my hair. They left me with scabby burns on my scalp. They promised to fix it in a few weeks, but when I tried to book in they stone walled me & are refusing to rectify it with no reason given. The owner and manager are not accepting my calls and I was hung up on. I'm a really nice person, very understanding that accidents happen, but if you make a mistake you fix it.
