Excellent care. No wait time, very personal attention and she took her time with me. Very clear communications and thoughtfully answered all my questions. Very friendly and easy to talk to her and I trust that I am in good hands medically. I highly recommend.
I received outstanding care from the moment I checked in. Every step was thoroughly explained so I knew what to expect. I was never alone. When I awoke after the procedure, a nurse was sitting by my side and didn't leave until I was fully alert. I am very pleased with the care I received at Mercy.

This place has really gone downhill since Dr. Rosenshein left. I decided to try seeing Dr.Ryu for my annual checkup. My appointment was at 9:30, I arrived at 9:25. Didn’t leave the office until 11:04! I was in the first waiting room alone for an entire hour. When I finally was seen during my appointment I was rushed. Several concerns I discussed with Dr. Ryu were not addressed by the end of the appointment. I asked for a referral to a new oncologist. I will not be returning.
