Excellent care. No wait time, very personal attention and she took her time with me. Very clear communications and thoughtfully answered all my questions. Very friendly and easy to talk to her and I trust that I am in good hands medically. I highly recommend.
I received outstanding care from the moment I checked in. Every step was thoroughly explained so I knew what to expect. I was never alone. When I awoke after the procedure, a nurse was sitting by my side and didn't leave until I was fully alert. I am very pleased with the care I received at Mercy.
Ms. Nicole Hammond was very welcoming and pleasant. During my exam, she was comforting & kind. The whole experience was great from front desk to Ms. Hammond & everyone was professional & efficient!
