We used Heather as our listing agent and she had our house under contract within a week of listing above asking price. I have called three times to put an offer on one of the house listed by them. I have everything ready cash in hand but they keep telling me we'll call you back but they never did. Extremely disappointed 😔. They called me after the house under contract. At least they should have told me that they can't assist me. I could have some one else assist me.
