There is not enough I can say about this place! For someone moving into Charleston for the first time this is an ideal spot to get the lay of the land. You are in the heart of it all, and the apartments are gorgeous. Most of all, the staff is above and beyond any I have encountered. They are warm, helpful, and incredibly responsive....and have truly made this place into a home for me.
This place is amazing!! Going to add sooo much to this part of Columbus and Meeting st! Can’t wait for the shops to open!!
I have also lived in Downtown Charleston on and off for the past 3 years and it’s funny because I was literally just sitting on the couch watching TV, looking out the window overlooking downtown Charleston and thinking to myself this is literally the perfect place to live. I have lived at apartments in Charleston for 4 years and in DC before that. All very nice places. But I can say with confidence that nothing tops The Guild. From the perfect location downtown, to the well thought out decor, and community feel, the Guild has exceeded all of my expectations. Since moving into the Guild last month, I have nothing, but good things to say! From the management who made leasing my apartment a simple, seamless process, to the everyday interaction with Matt, the concierge, and all the staff up front, I feel like they have exceeded my expectations! I was one of the first people to move in too and they have still nailed it! If you are thinking of moving here, do it!
