Verified Renter Great location and genuinely helpful staff. Grace and Sarah have been patient and responsive through a move-in process that involves a lot of systems to navigate. Floor plan dimensions online weren't accurate, but the team went out of their way to manually measure the unit before move-in and that level of service has continued since. Would recommend.

Verified Renter The leasing staff at The Guild is top notch. Although they are in high demand, they made sure to check in and let me know I was next. Toured several apartments, and did not feel rushed or pressured, but Grace let me know that availability was limited and waiting could lose the apartment. My first selection was gone, but they quickly found me a substitute and helped reassure me that it was secured. Overall a top notch, high end experience and great building.

Great Place to Live in Downtown Charleston The Guild is an amazing apartment in downtown Charleston. The location is superb for someone new to the area. The views from the 7th floor pool deck are stunningly and beautiful. The location is about a mile to a mile and half for the Harris Teeter grocery store, Target and Walgreens. Be aware of the price increase! I have loved living at The Guild. The apartment complex is amazing, the staff is super helpful and the location can't be beat. However, the 25% increase in the rent after the 1st year was a shocker and as I was told there is nothing you can do about it. So disappointing needless to say. For this reason I can't recommend living at The Guild anymore. So disappointing!
