We lived at the Groves for over 10 years. Convenient location. Comfy and Cozy. Well heated and AC cooled. Cons. Limited Hot Water. for showers. Hard to find parking at night. Kitchen vented neighbors cooking smells into our apartment.
The apartment and grounds are very nice! Family and pet friendly. Neighbors have been considerate and the management has always been very helpful. Parking can be limited at times. "24/7 maintenance" doesn't always seem to be the case, as I locked myself out after hours once and couldn't get in touch with anybody...but all in all, a very nice, well run place, in a very nice area! Worth the money I would say.
The buildings and apartments themselves are fine but the people that live there are awful. Loud and inconsiderate, many live of government assistance and don't work. Also the parking is terrible and the spots are far too small. My car has several new dings in the doors from neighbors opening their doors with reckless disregard.
