Been asking them to fix the Mold in our apartment for 3 months now and nothing.... on top of that we have a 10 month baby and are literally just running the fans in the Apartment so she doesn’t breath this bad air in. Don’t waste your money it’s way overly priced for nothing. Gate is always broken, the pools never opened this summer, staff is lazy and the managers are worthless! At this point we’ve had to go above them and call Code Enforcement. Don’t spend any money here
RecommendedIt's the worst place to live in. I don't recommend it, I so regret to renew my lease for another one more year. Maintenance they are sucks.
Threatened to evict us because we had an outstanding balance of one cent. Wouldn’t let us write a check or work with us, insisted that we had to give them a money order, then they lost it and gave us a 24 hour notice over their own mistake. We have work orders that are a year old and never got fixed. And they never pick up the phone and are always away from the office. This complex refuses to follow up on maintenance needs and doesn't hold contractors reaponsible. I constantly have raccoons in the attic and no pest service to remove them. Then more contractors have to be called in to fix the damage they cause. My apartment is falling apart.
People's cars are being broken into, trash is everywhere, the gate is never fixed...management is letting this place go way down. It's a shame.
They never fix anything. You have to call 4/5 times just for an issue to be fixed...garbage everywhere big as these apts are you only have one garbage & once it's full garbage is all over the place. What apartments don't know the number to their corporate office. So they saya
