Lived here for one full lease term. Paid the second to last months rent... and the last months prorated rent. Turned our keys into Wendy and did a walk through. Fast forward a month later and I get emails saying I owed a balance. Spoke with a manger and she apologized for the misunderstanding and that we DID NOT owe a balance. Here is now February and I just got a hit on my credit report saying we owed a balance. It’s like even after moving you still have to deal with the bulls**t with this complex! The worst apartments! Please go somewhere else! Another day the water is off and they didn’t make anyone aware. But demand the rent to be paid on time. The staff is rude as hell and doesn’t care that they inconvenience their tenants. I hate it here.
Actually provide the services that people pay for. Complete service requests. Offer more than empty promises and stalling. Do SOMETHING for the thousands of dollars you get from your tenants every single month other than plug your ears and pretend they don't exist.
Our apartment is leaking uncomfortably and of course on call will not answer
Our experience at The Grove at Trinity Pointe was extremely horrible. Future Renters beware!!!!!! We are from out of state and heavily relied on the Groves reviews and online presence. We chose The Grove at Trinity Pointe because of their ads, posted on Craigslist with amenities such as "gated complex, two sparkling swimming pools, 24 hour gym facility, and laundry facilities." This what I have to deal with and I haven’t been staying here a month yet. I’ve been contacting the leasing office it took the 3 weeks before I could even get a contractor out to fix the problem. He came last week and didn’t fix the problem I still have to turn my thermostat up to 90 just so it can reach at least 73. My family and I need heat and it’s sad I pay so much to live here and I’m dealing with this heat issue and I’ve only been here almost a month on the 10th and I have a whole year to go.
Just don’t move here🙄 These people are terrible. They keep losing rent money and I’m tired of them saying our rent is late and threatening eviction.
