DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Of course- you can move here if you'd like roaches all over the place you call ''home''. There's all type of bugs here- I've seen 3 snakes right in front of my building, bugs all over the place. I've called for some issues- never came, either that or they come and fix it and it happens all over again. The carpets are a total disaster and so is the kitchen. We couldn't handle all of this anymore so we decided to move to Lola.
Living here at THE GROVE AT SOUTHSHORE has been a real pleasure for almost 3 years now. Kiki and her staff are always professional no matter what the issue, they will always listen and find a way to resolve it in a professional manner making sure that “YOU” are satisfied. If you want to live where the staff are always friendly and professional look no further make THE GROVE AT SOUTHSHORE your next home!!!
I lived at this apartment complex for two years, and my experience was consistently positive. The staff is friendly and professional, and Kiki in particular is amazing — always helpful and genuinely caring. The maintenance team is quick, reliable, and gets things done right the first time. The community is affordable, well‑kept, and in a great part of Riverview. I would definitely recommend living here.
1 Star — Completely Unprofessional and Incompetent Management My experience with The Grove SouthShore Apartments has been beyond frustrating and downright insulting. I was wrongfully charged a $25 renters insurance non‑compliance fee due to their own administrative error. I notified the office immediately, provided clear documentation proving I had valid renters insurance the entire time, and made multiple in‑person visits to get it resolved. Hailey and Erica are the absolute best! They answered any questions I had and cleared up any doubts I may have had during the process of applying. I was given a great tour of the property and a wonderful 3 bedroom unit. Highly recommend also due to pricing!
