Be aware , some of these reviews are FAKE made by either bots or the people working here. My wife posted an awful review and we live in the same apartment. I never posted any positive reviews but when I come to check , a bot hacked my account and made it look like I left a 5 star review about lady olivo. I don't know this woman. I am disappointed with the overall management and communication within this community. It is extremely difficult to reach a live representative by phone, and communication is often handled through mass emails that do not appear to be directed appropriately. This creates confusion and does not provide residents with the clear, responsive support they deserve. In addition, there are concerns regarding basic living standards. If a job is alot that needed to be done for more than one day .must follow thru and complete the job. Highly disappointed on the process of a work order for a flood. The counter tip was not completed. No kitchen drawer when there was one prior . The odor of mildew is now becoming stronger my laundry door that was damaged was not replace. Just highly disappointed.
