Make sure the apartment is brand new, even the carpet, because they'll try to charge you as if it were in perfect condition. They gave me a carpet that had been on dogs before, and it was all stained. I told them, and I had to wash it myself twice. When I left, they still tried to charge me for it as if it were new. Demand that everything is new and perfect because they're very dishonest. At first, they treat you well, and then they completely ignore you. Trash for everywhere.
