This apartment complex the first thing you'll notice is the stench of cat and dog poop. You walk around the area you'll find flies all over the walk path and poops every where. Disgusting. There is no on-site manager in this place so people do whatever they want, tenants smoke everywhere including smoking weed, tenants being noisy and inconsiderate. You message the manager tell them issues but they don't response. Incompetent manager, they're useless. Just want paychecks.

Your tropical oasis in an urban city! Living here was great. Used the pool and barbecues all the time. Management was always on top of things.
