Go during the week between 10am and 3pm while they are taping the EXTRA magazine-You might spot some great celebrities
The Grove is great but it can be expensive. Instead, take a short walk to the Whole Foods Market for incredible value for money food. It is opposite The Grove on 3rd street.

Like most malls in LA, it is very, VERY, crowded during the weekends. Unless you're visiting from out of town, I'd recommend enjoying other activities that this great city has to offer.
