Lovely spot to people watch. But the weekends and holidays this place can be a mad house with locals and tourists alike. It's better to come on a weekday. Also see the Picassos near the bathrooms.
People watching, good eats, solid shopping, and good eats. Great for killing a few hours for tourists and residents alike.
