Don’t be fooled by an apartment tour- the apartments look nice but are constantly falling apart and management does not care. Nor do they care that the door to the outside frequently does not lock and has led to multiple instances of package theft forcing the cleaning staff to act as security for the building. I’m counting the days until my lease ends. Do not live here - would give zero stars if it were an option.

Do NOT live here. Our unit has had flooding from the unit above THREE times and each time it's taken two weeks to a month plus to resolve the issues. We have serious water damage in our bedroom currently, and it's being ignored. I'm coughing and wheezing from the mold that's not being remedied, and management hasn't contacted me despite multiple pleas.

The gym in the basement drop heavy weights and the entire building shakes. Management does little resolve this issue. Do not move here if you value your sanity. ED: the issue is still on-going. The pounding starts at 6am and doesn’t stop until 8pm. Management says they have asked gym to stop, but it continues without resolve. I cannot wait to move out. It’s so incredibly unfair to the residents of the building. Do not mov here.

Bad customer service, no one really reaches out to help. Google rating definitely compliments Building
