Overcharged at move out. Wrong rent charges and overcharges. Charged for carpet removal and cleaning when carpets were perfect. Terrible communication.
Definitely don't miss this place. It was fun to work there when we pre-leased the apartments and the first year The Grove was opened. Seeing how property management and upper management handled situations with residents was baffling. I've never seen a company do so little to make their customers happy. They would do the bare minimum to fix broken things in apartments. If it cost any bit of money on The Grove's part, forget it. It would rarely get fixed. Hi can someone give me a recent review on this apartment complex. I recently went to look at the grove last weekend with my boyfriend because we will be attending fall of 2015. Everything seemed really nice about this place and the environment as we'll, but after looking at all these reviews I have thought twice about signing my application for here. If anyone can give me some recent feedback I will appreciate it!! Thanks
