Seriously the best place I’ve ever lived they had everything you need. It’s super worth it to use the amenities! They have free printing tanning gym and the pool was the best thing ever! There were always people shooting hoops at the basketball court and the staff are super helpful if you’re actually in the office. If you’re too lazy to go to the office and talk to someone if you’re having an issue it’s probably not going to be taken care of. The grove is a scam. Don’t live here they will slap you with random fees just to suck as much money as they can from you. Construction and quality of the units are terrible.
If you ever, EVER need to find housing for a current or future Flagstaff student, steer as FAR AWAY from Grove Flagstaff as you can!! If you sign a lease and have to break it, you cannot get an answer from ANYONE about how to take care of it. And the “manager” Madison Sanders will not return your call. RecommendedThe Grove is a great place to live! They have awesome amenities to offer like free coffee, free printing, and a dog park. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and always have awesome weekly events with free food! I have lived here for about three years in the apartment and townhomes. It’s a great place to meet new people and have your own space. It offers big bedrooms with your own bathroom and walk-in closet! I would highly recommend living here!
I have lived at the Grove for the past two years and I have loved it! I was able to experience both the apartment floor plan and the town home floor plan. The staff always has a smile on their faces and answer your questions without any hesitation. They have planned resident events, allowing me to meet the rest of the community making the Grove a close family.
