We are so happy with the final result of tiled floor. Our grout was discolored, in places loose and falling out. Previous owner tried to repair with grout that did not match in color. Lee and his brother removed all the bad grout and repaired all grout lines that needed it. The floor probably looks better than when it was new. Their professionalism and expertise in their trade is superior. These guys are honest and prompt. If you are considering having your grout redone look no further. These are your guys!
They arrived early, work fast and efficiently and did a fantastic job! Friendly, professional team who even helped move some of our furniture back in place. Our floor look great! We’re having them come back and do our shower. Would definately recommend them!
Groutsmith did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing the tile floors in our entire house. Our floor looks brand new again and we are so pleased with the results. They were extremely punctual- even a little early and worked quickly, neatly and were also very personable to talk to. I will recommend them to everyone!

We are delighted with the results on our flooring due to The Groutsmith. Also, we were given information on how to keep the floor clean in the future. Their work was very professional. One room was not completed because it was in the middle of downsizing which means things were being sorted all over the room. Lee and Mark were wonderful to work with, they arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected!!! Our job looks like a brand new tile job without the mess of removal and reinstallation. Lee helped us pick out the correct color, he gave us 3 options that were close to our original color. We highly recommend Groutsmith of Polk County
