Scheduler was nice, Estimator seemed good, Crew was friendly but failed to clean off replacement tile, chipped existing tile next to replaced tile and tile where they drilled into grout to rebond them. Didn't notice until next day that grout was uneven where they replaced it.
I don't want to do this , but If you insist on a review , here it is. GroutSmith violated the contract. Contract says clean grout first. The product was applied without cleaning grout first in both bathrooms and under fridge before I realized what was going on. Also, The employee cleaned two large sponges that were saturated in caulking in my kitchen sink. Have clog now. I also have two different shades of grout. Bernie; this is Mike, I am sorry to see your concerns online as we were never called by you. I can assure you we did not violate any contract. Adam cleaned all of the tile and grout prior to sealing the grout. Sometimes, as in your case the grout was pretty stained and we get all the discoloration we can. Once the grout pores open after cleaning it absorbs the sealer. You dd not mention your satisfaction with the "final product"? We will call you shortly.
