I've been a patient there for more than 8yrs , every time I have to schedule an appointment I need to wait 2 or 3 months to see my doctor . if you ask for another doctor they say all doctors all booked!! They don't care if you are not feeling good ,priorities are for keeping patient with his doctor ! Is it a Target / Wal-Mart thing !!!! And no , I don't wanna see a nurse . It's time to move on I guess .
The facility I went to broke patient confidentiality. I have been given the run around twice on who's in higher authority so today I will seek the truth. Honestly 2 ppl deserve to lose their jobs from Sentara despite the bad treatment I received from the nurses. Excellent doctors but no survey's to tell them what's really been happening.
I saw Dr. Fernandez this past week and really enjoyed my experience! She had impeccable bed side manner. I was blown away by how much time she spent with me answering all of my questions and concerns.I did not feel rushed at any point during the visit which is super rare in the age of 5 minute office visits. I felt 100% comfortable speaking with her about things that can be somewhat embarrassing to talk about. Been a patient for 50 years! Four babies, menopause and now oldladyhood! My only problem with this group is that my doctors keep retiring!!!
