RecommendedToday was my first visit as a new patient at TGFW. Just a few days after scheduling my appointment with Group For Women, I received all the paperwork I needed right to my mailbox. I had filled everything out in advance, that way the over all check-in process would be smooth.. and smooth it was!!! I checked in around 10:00 AM for my 10:30 AM appointment & even though I was quite early, they wasted no time! They had taken me back before 10:15. All of the staff are very warm and welcoming. I showed up 30 minutes early with all my paperwork completed as instructed. I was told my appointment was cancelled due to the doctor going out on emergency leave. Supposedly somebody left me a voicemail on June 14th. I searched my phone and I did not have a call or a voicemail on 06/14/2018 or any other time from this office. I waited over 3 weeks for the appointment and took off work. A follow up call or a post card in the mail would have ensured that I did not have to waste my time.
Dr Harris-Proctor is wonderful warm & witty 👍🏼 Very thorough & helpful during my yrly visit 😻 I am so glad that I chose her for my gyn doc. Dianne her nurse is very nice too 🦋🦋
