TGC's service is outstanding - said based on not so gr8 'service' from other companies! Their crews are thorough & perfectly equipped for the job - whether lawn care or snow removal. And - the responsiveness of the office staff is fast, reliable & fully answers whatever is asked of them. They never fail to let customers know in advance what to expect in service & timing re pending forecasts. And respond quickly to even the smallest requests. Can't think of another company in Any business of which I can say any of the above!

RecommendedI've hired the grounds crew for a number of services, from snow removal to general lawn care and aeration services. They've always done a great job and I've been very satisfied with their services. I definitely recommend!
If you use TGC for snow removal, Don't count on it. They take on more work then they can handle, to the point where their crews will abandan their routes. Out of four snow events I've had to shovel myself out three times. (and thats being kind). After the last snow event, they sent the crew to the wrong house.On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 0.
I highly recommend this company. I contacted them needing some plowing services done and I was so impressed. They showed up in a timely manner and did a great job! I really appreciate the integrity of this group. It's a great feeling to know that my driveway will be taken care of the next snow storm!❄☃️🌨.
Horrible service - to improve you could actually show up to plow our driveway during/after a blizzard as contracted, and you could have plowed my elderly parents' driveway as contracted. No calls to let us know there was an oversight or if/when they'd be coming, just didn't show up at either residence! Also did not show up as promised to do final winter-prep landscaping in the fall. No plowing just an invoice charge for the entire month - gee... that was done right away, do NOT recommend.
