Todd was fantastic for years with us. One day he came to our house and unearthed a leak. He told us he would be back later in the week with a new sprinkler head, etc to fix the issue. That was over a month ago. Todd left us with a capped off sprinkler , an unknown leak, and just stopped answering our phone calls. I’m very disappointed by him. I thought we had found a great PROFESSIONAL irrigation guy. If something was out of your scope Todd then maybe you just tell us so we can find someone else to repair the issue. Shame.
I don’t normally do reviews, however, Todd has earned mine. He showed up on time, very knowledgeable and respectful. I was very impressed with this young man. I will use him for all my irrigation needs moving forward.

I would highly recommend Ground Quencher, Todd did a great job, he was so nice and respectful. I requested a call Thursday morning and within a short time Todd called and he was out the same day, that's great customer service. He adjusted the sprinkler heads and had to replace one head and raise some others, the price was very reasonable. On a side note, he even managed to get my hose nozzle off that I had been struggling with for some time, he truly went above and beyond, that is why I'll definitely recommend Ground Quenche... read more
