Seems like everyone remembers my 45 pound pooch when ever I bring him in. He always comes home happy and fluffy.
What I believe may have been the owner was quite rude when she called to tell me that they had not groomed one of my dogs and that they did the best they could with my other dog but that she was difficult. The dog that was “difficult” has gone to other groomers and was never a problem. When we got there they wouldn’t even bring my dog that they hadn’t groomed out they had my son go in the back and get him. Both dogs appeared Very distressed by this whole experience.
Took my husky there for the FIRST time today and she will definitely be back! They have GREAT pricing and were wonderful to her! She looks like a brand new dog and smells even better💜
I would highly recommend to everyone! I have always had a friendly experience. I had a rottweiler I would bring there and they were amazing with her! Now I have a 4 month bernese puppy and once again they were amazing! My little man came out so soft and fluffy. I knew he was in good hands when I left him!
These gals are the best. They love your pets just like you do. I’m a customer for life.
They groomed my very pregnant bouvier to make her pretty before birthing.
Their pleasant people , great care is given to animals .
My Lucy has been going to The Grooming Room for 3 years now. She is going to be 11 soon and has a lower tolerance for all the handling involved - she’s a husky mix so there’s A LOT of fur to brush out. They are very understanding of her needs and work with her so it’s a good experience for everyone. Thank you! I appreciate the care you take with her :)
