Terry was amazing! This is a family business and they care very much about their service and product and it shows. He was extremely patient and professional with me, answering all my questions throughly. Even though I was changing my mind every 2 seconds and asking a million questions lol. He made me feel very comfortable with the mold and fitting. He explained the entire process and I just loved the vibe and entire experience. Especially love my new piece, thanks so much
