Having been a regular customer (every other Sunday meeting my daughter for dinner) we thought The Grill would be the perfect place to have her bridal shower luncheon. Two generic emails, the second one not even answering my questions about possible personalization, they send the same menus I had already received. I guess you are too busy to personalize a loyal customer's request. How hard is a phone call to discuss options. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Shame on your lack of customer service.
Had a great lunch today with my son who is visiting from Florida. We always enjoy the food at the Grill and whenever he is in town, we come here. Great crabcakes, etc. Estelle Kandel
Years ago it was really good. Not so much anymore but Reisterstown lacks choices for upscale restaurants so I guess it's better than nothing.
Have been here a few times. Never had a bad experience. Food and drinks are all excellent!
Great food, service under par. Great place to eat if you're ok being ignored by staff.
Took my parents for lunch today and had a wonderful experience. If you have never been this is the a must eat if your in the area. I have yet to enjoy dinner there but im sure that will happen in the near future as every time i come here i like it a little bit more. I went with the chicken salad sandwhich and crab bisque. My only "complaint " if you could call it that, was that there was soo much turkey on the fall turkey club that I could barely get my mouth around it! Excellent food, lovely ambience and I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! LOVED IT!

Great Happy hour! Wine flights are great. Enjoyed dinner on many occasions as well!
