The Plain Tree Hospital is the worst Hospital Ever ! First Tell your staff everyone to learn how to be friendly and Smile and act like they care ! Second 5 hours in the ER ?? REALLY ? Maybe you should Hire more people , Instead of taking a number and waiting line the Deli Line at Stop and Shop

My husband had a total knee replacement Wednesday and came home today. The entire staff from admissions to the end were extremely friendly to both him and also my daughter and me. Very professional and caring. I also had the same experience 2 years ago. It is not the closest place for us to go but it is well worth the trip.
