Sitting in Same Day Surgery waiting room. Everything has gone very well. Everyone is friendly and explains everything. This area is all new, beautiful and comfortable. Charmaine sits right here at the desk making sure everything runs smoothly with a great caring sense of humor! Good stress relief!

Today not a great experience with physical therapy dept. Not friendly and acted as if I was bothering them. Highly disappointed

The radiology department needs to learn how to read scans (xray, CT scans, ultrasound and MRI) I've been having rotten pain in my side for about 5 months and have had each of the said scans performed and the only answers I get is "we don't see anything that would cause your pain." Obviously there has to be something there or I wouldn't have the pain, right?

Out patient service pre-opp was incredible thanks to nurse Adrian. She is WONDERFUL! She attended me pre-opp and made time to see me post opp (not her responsibility) but I really was glad to see her. Thank you, Adrian! Also, the person who brought me was made welcome & comfortable by Charmaine, who arranged for a free chair massage! This was a great distraction.
OMG it is awesome...people, care, cleanliness...
