1hr just to get seen by triage. for a sick person that had surgery day before finally triaged being told couple hr wait. this healthcare system is broken. no sense of urgency at all and we wonder why people die in ED now a days

Our family is beyond thankful for the car seat safety information we received from Griffin hospital last year. My family was involved in an accident last weekend and I believe if it weren’t for our properly installed car seats the outcome of this accident could have been so much worse. I had hip replacement as an outpatient 3 weeks ago. The registration staff, to the surgical staff, to the post-op staff were very, very caring & did everything to make the experience as stress-free as possible. I really appreciate this. I did great! Thanks to everybody!
Took my 2 year old to the Emergency Room this evening. Wasn't a bad wait time. Met the most Amazing Dr. Was very patient with her. Literally got down on the floor with her to gain her trust. Completely blown away. Thank you so muck Dr. Eric Black!!
I went to the hospital for outpatient tests and every staff member I met was helpful and very friendly. The hospital doesn’t have a “sterile sick” atmosphere but rather it feels like a warm inviting place. I swear the lobby area smelled like fresh cut grass in February.
