Cleanest apartment I’ve ever moved into. The maintenance workers did a really good job getting this place move-in ready. Friendly office staff and respectful neighbors. It’s an aesthetically pleasing area to look at too—golf course, pond, tennis court, big pool, hot tub, fitness room, and it’s all within walking distance to Target. This really is a nice place to live.
The apartments are fine and not unreasonably priced. The main issue is security, as I had all 4 wheels stolen from my car in front of my apartment. I am not the only one this has happened to. Be aware if you move here the security gates do not work, there are no cameras, and there is not enough lighting in the parking lots. To top it off management is apathetic at best, and threatened to tow my car as I was waiting to get new wheels delivered.
