If i could give this place ZERO stars i would, most places bill a previous tenant for there unpaid outstanding balance's, correct? NOT THIS PLACE! They will pin it on a new resident and make them pay for someone else's unpaid bills. Send the previous tenant to COLLECTIONS! NOT MILK SOMEONE ELSE OF THERE MONEY FOR MONTHS!
Ive only lived here a few months and I have not been allowed to get any sleep here my neighbors in 204 are so loud and I have seen 10 different people come and go from that apartment all hour's of the night and day they are loud and disrespectful I have called the office a3 times and nothing has been done about it it says in the lease agreement that 10 to 6 are quiet hours but management does not I nforce that
I have a 1 bedroom apartment and it’s the perfect size for my dog and I. Apartments, pool and everything else is kept clean. They have a designated dog park and I love taking my dog there to play or out for a walk. I’ve mainly dealt with Drew but the rest of the staff is super friendly also. Anytime I have a maintenance request they come out to fix it right away. There’s lots of parking so I never have trouble finding a spot close to my building. My neighbors are nice too. Exceptional place to live—perfect distance to metro Tulsa! The property manager is professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Maintenance is consistently fast and thorough. Buildings and amenities are maintained beautifully! My neighbors are each fantastic and I have gotten to have conversations with many from the complex. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they have a dog park!
