Horrible place to live been here for a few years now and in that time we've had a rodent get stuck in the walls and pass away, which we called about but got provided no solutions by management.... Now it seems every time the maintenance crews come out they just leave their trash behind! If you are looking for a new apartment I would look elsewhere this place will only provide you with grief and aggravation
Non compliant on fixing a mold issue within an apartment , didn’t ever come in for inspections so was aware something was up
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I got my keys today. My ac is leaking. Maintenance came and not 5 minutes later it’s leaking even worse. Now it’s too late for them to come. Then the ceiling fan light wasn’t working so when my son went to take the cover out the whole light and wires fell out. Not to mention my house smells like cat pee. There was no cleaning done at all. There’s cob webs everywhere. The closet doors have holes in them that were fixed with plaster. Like I said I’ve been here a few hours. I’m in tears right now
I had no AC since I move now it’s in the summer and my apt has gone up to 100 degrees in here and no has done anything I moved in April it’s now June. I have corporate and they also said they couldn’t do anything it’s terrible don’t move here!!!
Half of the appliances don’t work properly had to put in multiple requests to get anything fixed and still doesn’t work A/C been out for over 3 days it’s 68 degrees out and 82 degrees in the apartment unacceptable
