Just moved in and my apartment had a toilet that wouldn't flush or barely flushed at all. Had sewage back up into my bathroom twice, I had to make more than a handful of requests and phone calls to have them finally call a plumber for them to leave my toilet like this.. This is unacceptable. I was told by management they dont see what my problem is, and that maintenance had been by when they hadn't because I was home the entire day so that was clearly a lie. I have mice in my pantry, water pouring out of my vents and a broken AC unit for a week that has not been serviced. These are not acceptable living conditions.
I just wanted to ask a question nothing like out of the ordinary and all I got was someone who was very rude and just not a nice person I did not appreciate this
