Pretty nice apartments not sure about the neighborhood but definitely nice apartments although nice apartments don't make a difference if you don't know much about the neighborhood
Edited to add: after living here with barely any working appliances for an entire year, they decided to non renewal my lease, without reason and told me "sorry, figure it out!" Do not give this shitty management your time or money, they are rude, unprofessional and do not do their jobs. Building 13202 is FULL OF BLACK MOLD AS WELL. Just moved in and my apartment had a toilet that wouldn't flush or barely flushed at all. Horrible place to live been here for a few years now and in that time we've had a rodent get stuck in the walls and pass away, which we called about but got provided no solutions by management.... Now it seems every time the maintenance crews come out they just leave their trash behind! If you are looking for a new apartment I would look elsewhere this place will only provide you with grief and aggravation
Non compliant on fixing a mold issue within an apartment , didn’t ever come in for inspections so was aware something was up
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I got my keys today. My ac is leaking. Maintenance came and not 5 minutes later it’s leaking even worse. Now it’s too late for them to come. Then the ceiling fan light wasn’t working so when my son went to take the cover out the whole light and wires fell out. Not to mention my house smells like cat pee. There was no cleaning done at all. There’s cob webs everywhere. The closet doors have holes in them that were fixed with plaster. Like I said I’ve been here a few hours. I’m in tears right now
