We could not have been happier with our experience living at The Greens! The residents and staff were always respectful and helpful. We appreciated the convenience of the trash collection service, workout room, and coffee bar. The grounds and common areas were well kept and open communication with management made residents truly feel at home.
Not impressed at all. Hallways not kept up, some light bulbs burned out, dumpster area dirty-littered with trash, grill area is a MESS, dead cypress trees around it, complex is very overpriced and there are no amenities at all......will select somewhere else to live when I move here from Cali as I wait for my house in Palisades to be finished. Billed as a luxury high end complex-but definitely not.
