We went on 9/24. After being seated we waited a good ten minutes before our waitress showed up to take drink orders. After placing our order we waited at least 30 minutes before food arrived. The crab cake was alright but overcooked and heavy on the Old Bay seasoning. While eating we noticed that as other patrons were seated they were greeted right away and taken care of. The people behind us complained that their order was totally wrong. Service was slow...like a turtle. Hope the new location is better.
First time there, probably last bad 1st impression. Called in a take out order and was recommended the � dip with pretzels. I also ordered a turkey wrap which is a warm item. Drove all the way home and the pretzels were literally like bricks. Inedible to say the least. Called and was told I could come back. Nice enough but now I had to drive from New Castle back to Main Street, Newark. Got a great new batch of pretzels however now when I get home the crab � dip is cold and is inedible. Was told only one cook, why our food was taking so long. Dirty plates for our apps, no salad for our fish tacos and the wing sauce tasted like Texas Pete with butter....Dover location much better....
Great place to eat! Food was good and so was the sports atmosphere.
Wings are terrible service was very slow seemed understaffed not a fault of our waiter

First time in town and found the Turtle. . Very friendly staff and great food. I'll be back a few times in the week I'm in town.
