Was initially pretty disappointed in the delivery time and just a few other factors that made this experience...we'll say...unsavory. But, they took responsibility (even though some of it was the delivery company's fault) and they gave me a full refund which was unnecessary. I really just wanted to be heard so the next person could be spared. But their customer service was really appreciated, and just shows that at the end of the day, they aim to please...so I'll be returning.
My cousins, kids and I came for lunch yesterday and had a nice experience. The waitress was sweet and attentive. The restaurant was very nice and clean. The wings didn't have a lot of sauce on them, but they were still tasty. I even left purchasing 4 of their super comfy hoodie sweatshirts for my husband, my kids and myself. I was in charge of ordering food for my work Christmas party, and I went with The Greene Turtle. I ordered platters of chicken tenders, meatballs, hog hammers, and crab dip. When I went to pick up my order the manager provided me with plenty of serving utensils and offered plates/napkins/utensils as well. This has been a favorite of ours since the doors opened. Us and our crew are there at least once a week! The manager's Simon, Ozzie and DK go out of there way to make sure we enjoy our visit. This week our hometown favorite went above and beyond for our Fire Department Family and for that we are eternally grateful! You officially have us as Customer's for life! Staff is spectacular, fun food and atmosphere. Fun place to hang out.
The food was very good and the beer was ice cold. The atmosphere was good as well. The staff was very friendly. A good night. No complaints on my part.
