Fun time food is reasonable staff is beyond super helpful
This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. The service was beyond poor from the server getting in his feelings by stomping off throwing trays around, rolling eyes, 20min to get a drink, never receiving food, poor service all around. One young lady was trying really hard to accommodate us and we thanked her for it. However, when the manager was asked to come to the table it was no empathy or being apologetic for the problems we had. Sat in the bar area. Had absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered at any restaurant ever in my entire life. If it wasn't for the fact that I was at their meeting a 15 year old friend and his wife I would have got up and left. We had to remove empty glasses from our own table we had to get our own napkins from the bar top. I honestly and truly think this place needs to make some staff changes and some management changes immediately. My experience there was completely awful I will never visit this place again.
Server didn't complete order, ask if all was ok, offer refills. He should not be a server. The worst of the Green Turtles. Now I know why surounding restaurants were packed, but not here. Food ok, service blows.

Had horrible service this evening at Sterling GT. Took 10 minutes once we were seating for someone to even approach our table; even after several waiters passed by us many times. My family and I have been coming here almost every week since the summer began and I def won't be returning. The managers didn't seem to care and brushed it off. Very disappointed and will be taking my business that has great food and great SERVICE elsewhere.
