We love having Brunch here! The service is impeccable & the staff so friendly & accommodating. The variety & flavors of the dishes is excellent. Wait until you get to the desserts! YUM-O!
Our party of 4 all enjoyed the food and the selection was excellent. Have been there multiple times and always have a pleasant experience. The waite staff was very attentive but not overly so which sometimes I find a problem in upscale restaurants. We all had something different and each was very good.

As usual, The Greenbriar was excellent by all measures. The quality, presentation and service were excellent. We enjoyed the venue and the overall ambiance of the dining room.
We have been there many times and have never been dissapointed.We have celebrated our birthdays with other couples there and they have now become regular customers.Can't say enough good things about this place.Food quality, service,and ambience are all superb & consistent.The sunday champagne Brunch is our favorite.....

Disappointed – Went to Greenbriar in Feb 2011, I was extremely disappointed. My wife and I ordered appetizers, dinner and deserts and only 2 of the 6 dishes were really good. Portion size was terrible, my wife's fillet was about 4oz. We eat out about 3 times a week and higher quality restaurants usually have smaller portions than your local Chili's but this was ridiculous. outstanding fine dining experiance – This place has always been a favorite! The service is like nothing you find on pearl street or anywhere else in Boulder. Unrivaled wine list and delicious menu! The duck rendered crisp is the best I have ever had and the Caesar an attraction in itself! Nowhere else does a spectacular table-side preparation like the service staff here! Great for special occasions or just a nice place to catch up with some good friends and really dine.
