I've gone to the Greenbriar Inn three years in a row for Denver's Restaurant week. I tell myself I should try something new but the food and service are so great I just keep going back. I have yet to have a bad meal there. Everything is exceptionally good
My wife and I have been coming to the Greenbriar for 10 years now and every time the experience is remarkable. The food is excellent the service is wonderful. The wine list is extensive and the staff recommendations consistently surpass expectations. Whether the occasion is an anniversary or Sunday brunch with visiting family, you will be glad you chose the Greenbriar Inn.
Another great dinner at the Greenbriar - every couse for all three of us was wonderful.
We return to Greenbriar every year for our Anniversary. We've never been disappointed. The food was wonderful and the wait staff very attentive. Always a great choice for a special occasion.
Food and service were notable. Wine list is outstanding but can be pricy. Great for any special occasion. Tables are a little close for intimate conversations.
These guys are great. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up on the way home from work. They made my car look new again. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
We were enthusiastically greeted by Cliff, the restaurant's manager, upon our arrival--setting the tone for a wonderful evening. The staff was very attentive, the setting was divine. And the meal, it was marvelous. The Greenbriar Inn is known as a special restaurant and it certainly lived up to that reputation for us.
We sat in the bar (by choice) the atmosphere was great...friendly but quiet. The Bartender Darsej ( I apologize if I've spelled that incorrectly) was really terrific. We will come back next time we're in town.
My family and I had a fabulous brunch on Sunday. The presentation was spectacular and the food tasted as good as it looked. Service was excellent. Staff was very willing to check allergen ingredients with the chef.
