I found a great dress here and I had good customer service when I was looking however they were off by about 4 months in the delivery date. When I called to check on it, the lady who answered the phone sounded annoyed that I was even checking and was very condescending. Two times I was told the dress would arrive and it wasn’t there. It finally arrived about a month after I was told it would be here. Don’t trust anything they say if the dress has to be shipped to you!!
RecommendedFunny story- the night before I walked into The Green Bride, I had a nightmare I had 4 wedding dresses to choose from ON my wedding day and they were all horrendous. Dee turned my nightmare into a DAY DREAM!! She knew EXACTLY what dresses to pull and hit EVERY, SINGLE check on my list! We couldnt stop smiling and laughing the whole appointment! I couldnt be anymore impressed with her!! Kinda makes me sad I only get to do it once! Dee, YOU'RE AMAZING!!
What an amazing experience! I walked in without an appointment, just hoping to browse the collection, when Holly sat me down and asked about our wedding, and what I was looking for. She gathered dresses, got me into the dressing room, and in the end helped me find my dress. The process to get the dress ordered and delivered to the shop was quick and easy. She made me feel so special, and made the event a wonderful experience! Thank you!!
Was a good experience for my first time trying on dresses. I asked her to find my Pinterest beforehand to have an idea of my taste and I loved that she stayed within it but also put a twist to some of the dresses and I’m so grateful for the experience. My group of 7 ladies were comfy and within an hr I tried on 8-12 dresses and left with a hug even tho I didn’t find “the dress” I recommend this location ladies 3.17.19

After being to eight different bridal boutiques, and having one meltdown in David’s Bridal this morning, I visited Green Bridal as a last Hope option and hope they were! In the form of praying over every dress, donating %10 of dress proceeds to human sex trafficking relief, and having dresses available in my size for way under my budget but I felt beautiful in EVERY SINGLE ONE. It was an amazing experience! The ladies that worked their are a huge blessing!! I got a gorgeous sample gown that was in my budget!! They are patient and easy going!!! Definitely recommend coming here!!
What a cute and fun shop!! I only had to try on two dresses to find my beautiful dress. The gal who helped me was AMAZING (sorry I forgot her name) and it was such a fun experience!! I had gone to David's Bridal before here and should have got straight here instead. Got my perfect dress and other accessories for a lot less than I would have at David's Bridal! Thank you The Green Bride!! ❤️ Highly recommend this place!!
