I loved everything about my experience at The Green Bride. As soon as we walked in, Karen was waiting for us and was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us a quick tour of the store then we started picking dresses to try on. She would only let me take in 4-5 dresses to start with which made me nervous because I am a try-on-everything-before-I-decide kind of girl, but after the first few I went out and picked many more to try on. I was very disappointed when I got online to check hours of operation, saw no appointment was required, called my maid of honor who is 9 months pregnant, drove over an hour, spent 15 minutes trying to park, walked 6 blocks, only to see they went to lunch and would not be returning for over an hour. If you will be closed for long periods of time, I feel like that should be listed in your hours of operation or require appointments. If I knew driving this far would have been a complete waist, we would have gone elsewhere.

I cannot believe the customer service here. It was disgusting. First off, they do not take walk- ins as their website says. They turned us away as only one bride to be was trying on dresses and then when we returned for an appointment, the lady seemed short and made my friend feel fat by her ridiculous comments. I'm just disgusted and pissed off for my friend. I will make sure all my soon to be married friends skip this place and I too will look elsewhere

Excellent service with very knowledgable and friendly staff. They were willing to go out of their way to assure all of my needs were met by helping me find the absolute PERFECT gown. Love this shop and the entire concept allowing these beautiful dressed to have more than one use.

I am so glad I found this store! What an amazing experience and how fun it was. My girlfriends and I found "THE" dress here, this is after going to four other boutiques. I highly recommend The Green Bride and I will be donating my dress back for the Dalit Foundation after our August 2015 wedding in Maui! Thank you so much!

Dee Dee and Holly at the Green Bride made my wedding dress shopping experience SO wonderful! I'm so thankful for them and their integrity. I got a beautiful dress for a fantastic price. They genuinely want to make it a special day for each bride, and it couldn't have been better. I HIGHLY recommend them!
