I have lived here going on 5 years, and the property manger Andrea has remained the same throughout. She has always been responsive to any concerns, and I’ve had great turn around time when contacting the office. The office staff is great, and our maintenance guys have always been personable and respectful. Recently there is a new trash groundsman, and he’s been doing a GREAT job at the little things that need picked up here and there. I’ve had 1 issue within my 5 years here, and it was handled within 24 hours. Thank you!

Nick Perry was friendly and professional. He made everything feel very smooth. Responses were quick and received a great turnaround on the application process. I didn't have any questions because I was provided everything I needed to know. There was one conflict with the promotion code when trying to apply, and my unit was taken, but he quickly found a fair and reasonable resolution for it and helped me feel at ease. If I could leave 0 starts I would! I was interested in a 2 bedroom as the outside of the property looks nice but giving the fact that the rental office is unreachable is not understandable! I’ve tried contacting them on several occasions on different days I assume no one work there due to not answering the phone. I decided to go next door which is a newer build apartment complex and only 30 dollars more I applied and got approved and I move in April 1st. I moved in around December 2024 and moved out in December 2025. While the community looks appealing from the outside, my experience living there was extremely disappointing. The only positive aspect of the property was the maintenance team. Unfortunately, the office staff was consistently unprofessional and unhelpful. RUN FAR AWAY I CANT WAIT UNTIL AUGUST SO I CAN LEAVE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT!!!!! This apartment complex picks and chooses which tenants they want to enforce lease rules on, while completely ignoring others who are clearly violating the same guidelines. Policies are not applied consistently, which creates an unfair and frustrating living environment.
