If I could, I would give a rating of -5. The community management is unprofessional and dishonest. They tell you one thing in the office, but once you’ve signed the lease, their story completely changes. If you push back, they dismiss it by saying it wasn’t in writing, only a verbal agreement.
When I referred a friend to Green Apartments, I visited the office and asked about having the referral bonus applied to my account since I was a resident. At that time, one of the associates informed me that I would need to wait two months after my friend moved in. However, when I followed up after the two months, I was given different explanations to deny me the referral bonus. I was initially provided the wrong information, and now I’m being told that it doesn’t matter because it was only a “verbal agreement.”
Do NOT move into these apartments, you can be a loyal tenant pay on time for everything and they will still treat you like trash. All they say is “unfortunately” “unfortunately” and never are on the tenants side ever. I’m glad I’m out of there.
This place has the worst employees. I won't advise anyone to rent from this location. My experience with them has been awful. I gave them a call in the start of January 2025 to organize a payment for early termination. They said they had a problem with their system and would be in touch with me in February to work out the payment plan. She had already sent my bill to collections when I called Brooklyn. Beware that this is a Nationwide Energy Partners complex which makes it so this place does not receive more than 3 stars for me. That is the only real issue with this complex.
