My husband and I did a self tour of the 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom floor plan on 8/9/26. The layout was nice, great big windows, landscaping looked well taken care of. The carpet appeared to need replaced, lots of bumps and loose carpet throughout. The appliances are a little outdated but still appear to be in nice working condition. The stuff are mostly unprofessional Stinks on weekends garbage not cleaned Constantly have to call to fix something broken that never gets fixed but just patched Double charge insurance Electricity is wicked expensive Pool mostly closed Rental price not worth it. Would not recommend

I have lived here going on 5 years, and the property manger Andrea has remained the same throughout. She has always been responsive to any concerns, and I’ve had great turn around time when contacting the office. The office staff is great, and our maintenance guys have always been personable and respectful. Recently there is a new trash groundsman, and he’s been doing a GREAT job at the little things that need picked up here and there. I’ve had 1 issue within my 5 years here, and it was handled within 24 hours. Thank you!
Nick Perry was friendly and professional. He made everything feel very smooth. Responses were quick and received a great turnaround on the application process. I didn't have any questions because I was provided everything I needed to know. There was one conflict with the promotion code when trying to apply, and my unit was taken, but he quickly found a fair and reasonable resolution for it and helped me feel at ease.
