Nice neighborhood.
This is the most petty apartment staff I have ever encountered in my life! They invade your privacy, have your vehicles towed without warning, and terminate lease without explanation just because it's "their right to exercise". They don't answer their phones regardless what your need, even if it's for maintenance. They do forced inspections of your home to look for evidence of additional tenants without just cause. I would not recommend living here. They only care about money. Will charge you for entire apartment carpet replacement for small stains if carpet isn’t 10 years old. Disgusting! Appliances very old, had our A/C unit broken for a month and only replaced after it was 90 degrees in our apartment after 4 maintenance requests. Multiple units have had major issues with mice (luckily ours didn’t). Some tenants fly through the parking lots when children are playing or going to the school bus.
