I had the pleasure of speaking with Emily via phone call and she honestly had the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! The customer service loan was our selling point on our new island countertop. Very quick with responses and was able to do everything basically over the phone!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with The Granite Shop. Very easy from start to finish. Everyone was nice and professional from the offices to installation. We had a small issue but I reached out and they had no problem fixing it and even sent someone out that day! I would do business with them again 100%
This is the second time since 2019 that we have used the granite shop for our countertops the quality workmanship from 2019 to 2025 has not changed in their performance of the Installation. These two gentlemen were professional courteous, and that an excellent job. I would refer them to anybody if they wanted countertops made by the granite shop. The person in the granite shop were professional and very courteous and expedited our order.
