Had an awesome experience working with the team at the Granite Shop, especially Emily and Earl! After getting multiple quotes, the Granite Shop was the most affordable. They were also able to install it way quicker than anticipated, it was only like 2 or 3 weeks. I had some questions during and after installation and the team was super helpful, responsive and took care of all my concerns. Would highly recommend and will be going back if I need countertops for other projects in the future.
We recently purchased granite countertops from this company, and while a few individuals were wonderful, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. To start with the positive: our salesman, Matt, was absolutely fantastic. He answered every question—sometimes more than once—and was spot on with the timeframe for both measurement and installation. The friendliest place I will remember then for ever
The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with.. we went back and forth and changed our minds and stopped by a few times before finally making a decision and they were always so helpful. Their pricing is very competitive and the work they did was fast and very well done. We are very pleased with the overall experience we had.
