Our experience at the Granite Shop was exceptional. Matt in sales was very helpful in our search for the right combination for us. The overall selection was impressive and surprisingly affordable. We decided to get quartz for best durability and ease of maintenance in our kitchen remodel. Our installers Earl and Alex did a great job, very neat and efficient. Very sad poor workmanship. Had counter installed yesterday for my customer that is 78 years old and in a wheelchair, she waited a whole month for her countertop. I am the contractor doing the kitchen. I came in today cupboard corner middle hinge bottom completely screws blown out. Someone put their tool belt weight on it blew the screws right out of the wood can't even screw them back in big gouge in the top of the drawer taken mine. This is all brand new stuff and worst of all gave us a fractured countertop and it's cracked... read more
Great experience. From the help we got at the showroom picking out material with Emily to the guy who measured to Travis and Alex when they did the install, everything went smooth. Highly recommend these folks.
