This is the second time we've used The Granite Shop and both times were PERFECT in customer service, speedy delivery, professional and beautiful installation, etc. not to mention the best price we found anywhere with so many things included in their very competitive price. We couldn't believe that our granite counters arrived the NEXT DAY after the template was drawn! I can't compliment them enough for how incredibly excellent this company performs in every way. 10 stars!
Under this new ownership, Franklin should be proud to have this company on it's doorstep without going all the way to Nashville. They are very professional and respectful. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail- Their experience shows and the prices can't be beaten anywhere I've looked! Good luck to them!
I was told to go to the granite shop by my friend. Then I saw Sandy's ad in the paper. I wasn't sure so I call her. She beat their price by $500!!!! Very good service - she suggested a different color to the granite shop and I am very very happy. Period.
After saving for a long time to remodel our master bathrooom, I went to te Granite Shop. Sandy did a fantastic job helping me select my granite. The color was perfect. When I called to have it installed at the beginning of February, she was not working there anymore- I was told she left. My vanities are installed now. They did such a bad job and will not stand by their work. I am very very unhappy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I didn't use a scrap piece, I paid for a whole slab and I am very very disappointed.
My friend told me to go here for my kitchen and speak to Sandy. When I got there Sandy was not there. The person who helped me did not know what she was talking about. Wish I knew where Sandy went. My friend said Sandy is very knowledgeable. I did not have a comfort level there.
Not sure about this company. They give out references for work that was performed before they were open. The sales girl is not knowledgeable at all. And they could not provide me with an installer who spoke clear English. My friend used them and she was not happy as the granite broke at her sink and they tried to say it was her fault yet they said that it's very hard to break and that it is 'reinforced'.
